Refund policy

If Pro isn’t right for you, ask within 7 days of your first charge and we’ll refund it in full — no questions asked. This applies to the first payment on an account, monthly or yearly.

Cancel whenever you like with Manage billing on /build or /pricing while signed in. You keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Renewal charges after the first aren’t refunded, except where the law requires.

Reply to your Pro receipt email from the address on your Spawn account. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually show up within 5–10 business days. Billed by Degen Social.
